Uh, Harden is older than Luka. Luka is just like Harden.

The Rockets have the #1 offense in the league right now, right? But their defense has slipped. Why does adding Harden help?

"Heliocentric" - thats a new one for me... but very appropriate...

Heliocentric Harden... lol.... very appropriate since the asshat refers to himself as "his own system..." lol

Obviously Hard-on has talent... but I just dont know how anybody cant see him for the self-absorbed narcissistic ass that he is... smh

It is not redemption but in the Netflix doc he tried to be more human and more sympathetic which he pulled of but half assed it.

James Harden just had 41/14/11 at 36 years young tonight. The oldest player in HISTORY with a 40-point triple double.

But nah, don't add that to KD and Alpi.

Adding Harden is great if you only give up FVV and Capela. However, even at 36 it would take more than that, even if FVV agreed to the trade.

With Harden, this is the best offense of all-time. Hands down.

But ya, I don't think FVV + 1st rounder and maybe a role player is gonna cut it for a guy playing at an all-star level.

Has Udoka changed his stance, I feel like it is either him or Harden.......and Fertitta is picking Udoka for obvious reasons.

We shall see if Udoka softens on the Harden acquisition. Pun visibly intended.

    • Harden playing sporadic Defense is going to frustrate Imay Udoka to his very bones.
    • After all you have plethora of Centers and big man defenders already in place.
    • I like Harden for 25 minutes and Sheppard to develop the other 18 minutes but I doubt that would happen.
    • Harden has the California Sun, the lifestyle, can chuck 30 attempts, why would he come here and play exclusively Defense and teach children?

I can't believe some people are actually considering it or throwing the idea around. Enjoyed him while he was here but that experiment is over and done. Unless he's willing to come off the bench we do not need it. Not because he's not good but because his defense has always been lacking. Never really figured out how to show up when it counted.

I don't care how well James plays for the Clippers. I don't want him back, until he's done and we're retiring his jersey.

I don’t think Harden is a fit honestly.
Reed is off limits unless it’s for an elite young star imo

Yeah Harden does not fit this team. Contract or style of play. Would rather go for Holiday if anyone. But Fred would have to waive his no trade clause and Portland hasn't imploded so don't see that happening either.

The Rockets play Zone - they are practically begging Harden to demand a trade

It is not great. He will disrupt the absolutely balanced offense we are enjoying right now and come play-off time he will not perform, because as usual the refs will allow him to be grabbed, bumped, and bludgeoned. Playoff basketball is not suitable for a guy that needs the FT line to be effective. Harden will never get the calls like SGA in the playoffs, it’s been proven for his entire career.
