Yeah, if my early-20s self had this procedure done, I would not have done anything but walk and ride bikes for a year. Because why? But Tari is a pro, so the play must go on, so they test it as early as allowed. And once there is sign of discomfort, only then do they go to Plan B (which is my Plan A) of no go. anyhoot, all Coach’s updates are perfectly in line with common scenarios, including sitting for 13 games. Is it ideal? No. But I don’t understand the accusations of a cover-up. He said Dec and Jan are not as important as being ready for a playoff run. So if you ask Dr. Amendola how to get there, given occurrence of discomfort, I’m sure he’d say, “well, if you want to best ensure March and April, don’t attempt to play through pain in Dec and Jan.”
Great to hear, take your time and ease back into it Tari. We need a top seed, home-court advantage, and everyone healthy and peaking for the playoffs. We have the depth
Great news, I hope they continue to monitor his minutes and keep him healthy. We’re going to need his defense and hustle BAD come playoffs time.
What’s up with this guy’s dribble, it’s like he’s carrying it every single time, he really takes that twisting the wrist too far at the moment and it’s causing him to lose the ball.
Before this video started making it's rounds I saw someone on Reddit saying they were at the game behind the Rockets bench and Adams and Tari were getting into it. I just shrugged it off as internet BS, but I guess he was telling the truth. Still...I wouldn't worry about this at all...
He’s been moody all season, probably because he didn’t get a contract extension. If he doesn’t play in back to backs this season, then they shouldn’t extend him.
Tari ain't right this season, that contract denial is both fueling him to become a better shooter and also showing signs of a malcontent. Not sure how all this will turn out.
