Why is Trump covering up the Epstein files while protecting pedophiles?

However the plot point that Epstein was funneling information on Trump to the Russians would have been viewed as too convenient and lazy writing. Because of course he was.

Is Trump real, or was he created by Matt Stone and Trey Parker?

LMAO -- so now Epstein is the character witness for Trump? You just don't make any sense, amigo.

Democrats have succeeded in twisting themselves into a pretzel on this issue. What a dishonest group of people! Lies, manipulations, and phony PR campaigns. It's the Russian collusion playbook all over again. But more hilarious this time because Trump was the one that blew the whistle on Epstein!

    GOOD DAY

Interesting definition of a “good day”.

I didn’t expect defending a pedophile to be on the list

For two years, Dems claimed Epstein and Trump were friends and this was an enditement of Trump. Now they find out Epstein hated Trump (probably because Trump banned him from his country club) and its still an enditement of Trump.

Totally unironically asking: Is that how you spell "indictment" when you use it in this context???

I don't think we actually know WHAT the Trump-Epstein relationship was. Seems up/down. Trump has claimed at times it had been 15 years since he spoke to Epstein, but there's evidence that it isn't true. These latest emails indicate that Epstein and Trump spent time together around Thanksgiving during his first term.

We don't really know what is going on. I am anti-Trump, but I would again caution anyone jumping to conclusions about anything that we are seeing tiny glimpses into communication from a criminal with almost zero context.

That's a good word. They make one feel a bit ill in nearly every case. To see a predator like Epstein discussing politics like a "normal" insider and discussing the ethical qualities of other people... feels sociopathic, and I guess he was that, and many other things.

Plus: Why should any of us trust what Epstein typed, ever? Even if we want to gig Trump with this whole mess, it's hard to take Epstein's claims seriously. Of course he would want other powerful people to think he was tied to powerful, famous Trump.

Yeah, even a normal liar involved in political stuff exaggerates and outright lies about who they are connected with it for their own purposes. This guy is on the extreme end of scum so he can't be treated as a reliable source on his own for anything. The same applies to Maxwell which is why the DOJ doing a prop interview with her when she called Trump a gentleman that did nothing wrong ever was gross.

Yeah - almost like The Godfather

I don't think we will ever have a clear-cut answer as to what happened - the level of gas lighting that we have seen is epic, and all of these people are horrible and compulsive liars. Does anyone really trust anything that Epstein, Wolfe, Trump, Maxwell, Clinton and other people involved in this have to say. It just sounds to me like a fraternity of rich men that overlooked in each other's abhorrent behavior at all costs, and some partook in sex trafficking and having sex and abusing girls as young as 12-13 years old.

This guy has basically gotten away with sex trafficking and raping underaged girls. He did not really hide it either, he had a partner that helped him and he took the girls to parties and these girls would have sex in front of and with men at these parties.

The boldness of Gaetz coupled with Epstein shows just how common all of this is.
