Explain it to me like I'm 12: How do you know Virginia Giuffre is the victim redacted in the April 2, 2011 email? What, besides the mention of MAL in the other email leads Trump defenders to say it is Giuffre that is redacted?

If I didn't know better, I might think Trump defenders are trying to make it appear that all victims are Giuffre and rely on her words to exonerate their dear leader.
