I left out some detail. I mean that Mills has never been a runner. "Slow non mobile" CJ had as much rushing yards his rookie year than in Mills entire career. That if Mills ever starts, he can add a 1-2 more runs per game instead of being a pocket stiff. Nothing more to it than that

Yes that TD was a good run with good result. Depending how the season goes, could grow in appreciation. Actually doing what that "Rosencopter" run failed at doing - securing the W lol

I specifically meant for CJ's games this year it's been Nico regression. Not with Mills. That Nico + CJ hasnt been near as impactful. Which is unusual for the Nico + CJ combo. Averaging 25 less yards/game this year than the previous 2 years average. And it was wondering why it's not as effective.

*Though, duh, it was silly to wonderrl that. We all know it's Caley + crappy line + no run game help

(Just for fun) Irony is, Nico stats this year are kinda similar as his 1st 2 NFL season stats with Mills. CJ unlocked Nico. Now it's CJ hasnt. And Mills is unlocking Nico

Dam.............what a hell of a ride that game was. I was so pissed until the 4th Qtr and then they turned it on. Praise the LAWD the OC let the new kids "play", Woody Marks, you are now RB1 with Chubb as the back up. I thought Mills was a tad too reliant on Nice but GD, Nico showed up and showed out, and the young bucks earned playing time. The D was a Super Bowl caliber D and we better not waste this unit, even with the injuries and a few miscues they are FIRE (as the kids like to say)..................this might be the most fun win I have watched in years!!! Mills, well dam, after the first few snaffus I thought this game was lost but you did it.

Let's not overlook the Titans, yes, they suck but they had a BYE so let's not act like were world beaters just yet

This rant is worth a listen. His complete and utter disgust is so intense! If 5 mins is TLDL for you, the sweet spot is where he screams near the end, "Davis Mills was 5-19-1 as a starter. Now he's 6-19-1, three of the wins against the Jags!"

LOL, there is also a new acronym revealed here previously only known to Jags fans: SOSAJ!

I'm still glowing in this comeback win and the Rockets comeback win yesterday.

Dude...look at that freaking stiff arm Mills just laid on that guy. That Jag should be embarrassed.

I still don't know how we won that game, because we still did all the things that we suck at, but this time could overcome them by making plays.

    - Goal line offense was still moving backwards, but Mills overcame that with an improbable run on a broken play. Jags also defended that so poorly, one guy in the secondary kept tailing his guy even though Mills was well past the LOS.
    - Defense gave up yet another devastating QB scramble on the final drive, except this time they were bailed out by a penalty on the very next play that ran the clock down and left the Jags with just one remaining play.

Defense also completely shut down the passing game...that just shows that with this defense, even just one quarter of offense will win you the game.

Wow!!! Just watched the game on youtube (It was great no tv timeouts). The Texans defense is very good and the Jags need their A - whooped for losing that game. I love watching Marks run the kid is very talented and gifted...

I didn't watch because I anticipated hot garbage but - rewatched the 4th quarter - wow - probably most fun in a long time watching the last quarter

It was such a weird feeling being there. At 29-10 people were leaving and I genuinely felt like if we could just get one touchdown back, put some pressure on the Jags, and let our defense play with a full field we could make it interesting. Everything for jags was fluky af all day. But I figured it was going to take a pick six, sack/fumble, etc etc. did not expect Longneck Mills to lead them down the field like that.

I was also furious with clock management, but lo and behold Texans scored a touchdown after BOTH stupid timeouts. And the defense was incredible forcing three and outs. Absolutely ****ing wild, hard to really describe the energy of the fans to go from pure misery to nirvana in a matter of 30 mins.

I can't remember a more exciting fourth quarter in Texans' history. Some of you sports historians maybe can dig up a better one, but I can't.

    Nico certainly didn't disappear yesterday.

Mills had a really good day.

Looks like Nico was cleared from his protocol on a Thursday. Maybe we hear something about CJ by then.
