I could not disagree more. He might take one or two shots a game he shouldn’t but the rest are any shot a good NBA player would be taking. Open 3s, little hook shots, layups off of rebounds. His defense is good (not a top rim protector but his foot speed and anticipation have improved and he’s a smart defender), his court vision is great, and he’s got nice moves. He would be a top 5 player if he had consistent inside finishing, a 33% 3-pointer, and could hit midrange even with 45 to 47% consistency.

Giddey was one of the guys some of us wanted HOU to pick up should Fred not be signed.
Deni has been impressive too. Favorite since his Washington Bullets days.
The only one true surprise for me is Austin.
Over half of the best players are international. Beautiful sight.

One of the best plays he's ever made TBH. I don't know if even Jokic could have pulled off this kind of full court nonsense. Joker would probably have made some brilliant quarterback pass that got his team a bucket, sure.

The skill level here from Alpi to keep his dribble alive and finish in traffic is just insane.

It's crazy how I trust him bringing the ball up the court more than Amen or KD

I don't think that I've ever seen a video of him working on his handles. It's crazy how good he is at his size.

It's also crazy how bad and good he can look in one game. He literally was sleepwalking again with bags under his eyes but I knew he would wake up in the 4th. This guy just lives for the difficult moments.

Sengun, with the game on the line, absolutely dominated a generational defender to seal it.

    Top 10 player.

İt wasn't the all around performance or closure in Giannis' face that I was proud of the most in today's game against bucks.

İts was getting assigned as main defender of giannis while he was feasting on everyone else and was about to stole the game away, then bringing the team back with defensive plays.

That was the most "head honcho" thing i saw him doing until now. And the goodbye kiss to giannis on last possession was cherry on top.

He is great, I would like him to get a little more efficient but he is the focus on many defensive game plans so that may take time.

Top 10 sounds crazy at first glance, but when you list it out, he really is right there.

Jokic, SGA, Wemby, Giannis, Luka, Cade, Curry, and Edwards are top 8 imo.

Any two of Sengun, KD, Booker, Brunson, Mitchell, and Maxey are worthy of the last two spots.

    he’s so good.

his efficiency isn’t even bad if you get it out your head that he’s a center. If you just looked at him as a superstar who’s getting you 23/10/7 with above avg defense then his efficiency is actually good.

if he could get Back to his 53% FG in his 2nd and 3rd year he’d be on everyone top 5 list.

but after tonight he’s 49%. I like my bigman to be in the 55% range but Sengun is such a different big man that as long as he’s 50% I think that’s extremely efficient for the simple fact that he is the most important player on the team and he has a huge responsibility to not only score but create in the half court for everyone else.

I def think he can up his scoring and efficiency. I think he can prob keep his 3pt % around the 37% he’s at right now. He’s just not going to be consistent. Some games he’s going to be 2/4 on threes and other games he’ll be 1/5. That’s the only thing that’ he still needs to get more consistent at. The deep ball. I think he’ll get there eventually. Prob won’t be this year but he’ll get there.
