That means we'll have an Okogie type on the floor for 48 minutes then, and/or be able to guard teams with two stars in closing minutes of games, like LA for example... My main concern is Taris role moving forward.

In the playoffs Fred had 2 great games, 3 god-awful games and 2 mediocre games. If Fred had been on the bench with Amen starting the last 20 games or so, we would have made it to the WCF. We are seeing the kind of offensive progression very early this year with Okogie playing the off-ball guard spot. FVV was just as culpable with our putrid offense last year as Jalen was. Ime was responsible for this offensive blunder. At least this year, he seems more flexible with his rotations whether that is a result of FVV’s injury is debatable, but likely. Amen is adjusting to his new role and will get better and better. FVV has lost his starting role on this team, forever.

This is something all of us can agree on.

We're fine. I look at it like 0-1 against the Spurs but play them 3 more times, we beat them 2 more times that's okay, 3 more times then this game means little.

Will be interesting to see how we respond against the Bucks, another good team of course.

A lot has to do with Udoka fumbling with strategies......it is his flaw.

He will win some and lose some, the end result should be 4 Wins in a series but getting there is gonna be messy.

I think the Udoker is just experimenting with things so I'll give him some grace. All of his teams get better as the season goes on.

I always look at two things during a season so I'm not overreacting every win and loss.

    1. Last 10 games record. We haven't played ten games yet so its moot right now...but if we split our next two and go 6-4, not bad...and if we go 2-0 to be 7-3, very good. That depends on beating the Bucks a very good team. We have no business losing to the Wizards...

    2. Like I mentioned, how we do in series. If we split series or win them, we'll likely finish top 4. So losing to SAS now sucks, especially if people care about cup games, but if we beat them the other 3 games this loss is pretty much irrelevant in the grand scheme of things.

We honestly just didn't play well enough to win this game though, we didn't deserve it, not with that effort. So if it gets the team focused again maybe it's a good thing. I know after 0-2 start the team was reportedly very upset and focused on not losing that 3rd game so hopefully this loss gets them back to hustling and playing hard and being mentally present and sharp.

I was excited about the Offense until I saw which opponent .... Brooklyn, Toronto, Tatumless Boston, worst Offense Mavs, Memphis with Morant revolting.

Took Care of Business.....sure but that is about it.
