Actually, I agree with you...they were doubling Durant and we didn't run any sets/action to get him better looks.
By the way, Durant was playing like his hair cut "straight trash"

Very competitive game. Reed continues to improve. If he play to his strengths then he will be good. Still look clueless on defense at times. We by got him twice in the 4th quarter. Caught looking and not defending leading to the 3 and and layup by the spurs. Thompson play badly. Very sloppy game especially in the 4th quarter. Not a bad lost. Need to clean up the turnovers.

I wonder how long of a trial period Ime is going to give this zone defense. I get that it's still early on in the season so you have some leeway to tweak some things and try new things out but man it's not looking good.

Outside of poor effort, it's one of the biggest reasons we gave up so many offensive rebounds; when players don't have a specific player to guard they don't instinctively know who to box out. And we've given up scorching hot shooting nights to the Raptors and now the Spurs.

exactly, how many defensive rebound and second chance score we gave up, this is beyond atrocious, and adding that many turnovers, this is a lost game any day, any week, any time, we just didnt match the energy

But his stupid a$$ thought she was talking about the Rockets and he said “oh yeah? I didn’t see that. I didn’t see that.” And smirked

23 turnovers plus giving up all the offensive rebounds down the stretch, we beat ourselves tonight.

I also doubt KD will ever have a game that bad this season, at least TO wise, not sure wtf was that. He looked like he was selling the game with some of these passes.

I am asking the FBI to investigate Durant and these refs tonight - Tony Brothers Justin Van Duyne Brandon Adair

Like he’s never seen a double team before.

you're taking on the rockets' mentality well. when you don't respect your opponents, they will beat you.

it's not going to kill you to say spurs are a good team. just like how the pistons are now a good team.

barring wemby's injury, they're a top 3 team in the west.

Ultimately nothing to be worried about. If the Spurs game plan is shoot 50 3s and hit half of them while turning us over 20 times they will lose 99 out of 100 times.

Both Reed and Castle had a good game tonight...since you're a stats person, which player had the better plus/minus???

Very disappointed in the low IQ way both Bari and KD played. I’m not a believer in Amen at point guard so far. I know he needs more time, but he’s a better player when he’s not running point. Proud of the way Reed competed defensively tonight and loved that the shot was falling. His teammates should have looked for him more. Tari and Okogi had another good game. Overall I just think we are a sloppy team and the turn over issue isn’t going away until we have a ball handler we can actually trust - currently not on the roster. And I’m not sure of the numbers, but it felt like we got out-rebounded tonight on the offensive boards. Lots of miscommunication on defense and too much zone.

Which is a recurring trend in the close games that matter.
