Yeah, so many of these dudes tonight been really bad. Bari, KD, Amen mainly. Segun has been just out there most of the time... Reed came to play tonight. May be bad next game, that's how young players are, up and down, but TONIGHT he's on. Keep him in.
Ime needs to think twice about playing Jabari in the 4th, but I know it's very early in the season so he'll stick with the rotation (which is probably the right thing to do).
Guys, regardless of results, a silver lining is that Reed Sheppard is starting to really play well. I think the game is slowing for him.
All right all right all right 4 point game, Spurs can't be happy to have finished the quarter like that after the lead they built Regarding the "we need a point guard" thing I really think we need to stop making proclamations about what this team needs until December 15th. For three reasons: One, we just made massive changes to our starting lineup and rotations, and it was always going to take time to adjust to that. Two, the players we have effectively running the offense have very little experience doing so and do have the potential to become good at it, meaning Amen, Reed, and to a certain degree Sengun. We need to give them a chance to learn the role before we give up on it. And three, we simply cannot make a good trade until that date. If things are looking bad in terms of running the offense in a month and a week, then you might start thinking about what to do.
