Bari is pissing me off tonight stop dribbling up the floor and turning the ball over. His court tunnel vision is showing and he’s not making the right pass. Defensively he’s been good, but very annoyed with how he’s playing. I’m willing to give Amen the first half of the season to run point, but we need to see a lot more growth with the ball handling and making the right pass. I’m starting to wonder why the hell we didn’t extend Tari. He looks healthy to me, and his shooting and turnover creation means so much to this team.
There is a lot say about the 1st half but I'll leave it at this: Defense was great until the last 2 mins. Victor played his worst half of the year. Reed was great. Etc. But the bottom line in the 2nd half is KD and Alpi must shoot better. If KD can be shut down just by opponents being very physical, Rockets are in trouble. He's gotta beat single coverage. Alpi's shooting touch will probably be a season long problem.
Jabari has been off tonight. He has no rebounds and being pushed around by the smaller Spurs players. He needs to sit down until he finds his game and intensity. Amen has been throwing the ball away, KD is looking old and Adams is out of sync too. Surprisingly or not, Reed is the only one playing well tonight, so far. They need to wake up or this game is over. This might be the game that Ime needs to bench Bari if he doesn't show any intensity.
still hasn't lived up to his draft selection. aside from the bad day, the fact that he's in year 4 and his handles keep getting WORSE is beyond comprehension. If he dribbles more than 3x with a defender 5 feet near him, it's an automatic turnover. He'd be a fine pick if he was drafted late lotto-mid first round.

So far in the first half: Okogie: - contributing offensively - playing good defense including on Wemby Jabari - zero on offense, and should really have two TOs attributed to him for those two plays where he went classic Jabari, thinking he hasn't touched it recently so takes the entire possession without passing and throws up a stupid shot - worse than a zero on defense Ime being incapable of making in game decisions just continues to watch Jabari bring water into the ship.
