I watched the game and Jake looked good. Still Looks the same but Phoenix offense looks better suited for him. It’s more spaced out and the play faster. One thing about kd I noticed is that our offense still has sizing issues but it doesn’t bother Kd that much. He’s a cerebral scorer who doesn’t really need a lot of space or separation to have a good possession. Jalen got a lot of open perimeters shots. I wouldn’t be surprised if he shoots a career high this season. The Suns coach staggered a lot of the minutes between him and Booker in this game which was smart. Jalen, to be coming off a hamstring injury) looked surprisingly explosive. And uninhibited by his injury. He was getting around Derek jones and Dunn effortlessly on the perimeter. He got into the paint without much trouble and was setting up the bigs pretty well.
Yeah, it was totally Ime who told Jalen not to beat Steph off the dribble when guarded by the grandpa. Haha, good one.
Making love to Draya not a bad choice... ...impregnating her and getting caught in a relationship knowing she'll be 60 when he is still a virile 40 year old though...
Interesting to see they are the oldest team in the NBA by over 1 full year. Houston is 3rd oldest, but a lot of their core are under 24 still, I don't think the Clippers have this combination of very old and young bringing up the average, they are just old. Reminds me of the KG/Pierce Nets.
When she's 60 Jalen will still be a 40 year old millionaire. He will get tail then it don't matter if Draya is around or not
60% chance he goes broke according to statistics, and that's not counting the Draya effect, careers injuries ruining his earnings via lower contracts or shortened career, etc, etc. Hopefully he makes smarter financial decisions than his personal relationship decisions. We'll see. https://www.cnbc.com/2018/05/14/money-lessons-learned-from-pro-athletes-financial-fouls.html#:~:text=Sixty percent of NBA players go broke, compressed into just a handful of years.
1 good game out of 7 isn’t on the coach. Jalen just isn’t that guy. He’s had too many chances and excuses.
Ime should for sure and no it’s not fair on Jalen, but he was never going to thrive here. In Phoenix he gets the opportunity to grow though I don’t think those handles will ever be good.
