    Dont' forget holiday season is coming up, canceled flights, delays at the airport, long security lines due to government shutdown. So not only do you not have money for gifts, you can't even see your loved ones cause Trump's government shutdown.

    It could not get any worse for Trump, all these MAGA morons voted for this and I can only laugh at their misfortune.

    To be fair, it's just 3 or 4 boomer cult members who are out of touch and getting their talking points directly from their savior.

    I saw a clip the other day where trump said they inherited 9% inflation..
    which is factually NOT TRUE.
    then i remembered, MRGOODDAY uses the same % when talking about biden and inflation.

    as far as i am concerned you are practically arguing with Trump himself when you talk to the resident MAGA idiots in here.

    The best thing that could happen to Trump right now would be for SCOTUS to grow a pair and put an end to his tariffs. Otherwise there's no way he finishes his term. At least not with an America that resembles anything in the history books.

    The wheels are beginning to fall off FAST.

    But why is that a bad thing? I dont get yall who want the suprme court to protect Americans from trumps worst instincts? Let him crash the economy and cause a recession. That's the only way people will learn how useless the GOP are.

    The worst thing dems did in 2020 was send out stimulus checks which Trump put his name on. The median American doesnt understand government and gives all the blame/praise to the POTUS.

    But you are missing something.

    praise = trump
    Blake = democrats/biden

    But thats not what happening. Not a single poll shows voters blame the shutdown on democrats. If you look at the election results from northern Virginia governor race Democrats ran up Sadaam Hussain margins.

    The median voter is a ****ing idiot who has no idea who their senator or congressman is. They blame/praise everything on the President.

    Let the economy burn if you really wanna get rid of MAGA

    That's easy for a guy in Denmark to say. ;)

    I'm not in an ideal position right now to see the economy collapse. And the people that will be hurt most won't be people like Trump, whose legacy will be **** one way or another, it will be the millions of people already struggling to make ends meet.

    Plus the people that will be hit the hardest never learn and Americans have short memories.

    The day after Democratic election victories, Trump assured the public, “Affordability is our goal.” That was followed by a related online rant: “2025 Thanksgiving dinner under Trump is 25% lower than 2024 Thanksgiving dinner under Biden, according to Walmart. My cost [sic] are lower than the Democrats on everything, especially oil and gas! So the Democrats [sic] ‘affordability’ issue is DEAD! STOP LYING!!!”

    Hmmmm. No wonder it's cheaper this year.

    "And we prayeth through Trump Jesus that we may grifteth money from the most ignorant of thine followers.....and we may riddeth this divine country of the blacks and the Mexicans, even the fruit-picking Mexicans, who eats fruit anyway?, for Jesus will 'loaves-and-fishes' us (hey, who let that colored boy in here?), for Trump thou art our savior after the evil liberals allowed an African-born Muslim heathen into the Oval Office for eight years...."

    It feels like an ominous cloud of impending economic doom right now.

    High prices, most layoffs in two decades, AI uncertainty, government shutdown, $1T in annual interest on the national debt, loan delinquencies rising, etc.

    The recession is nearly upon us but this time it will come with stagflation.
