What even is the republican rationale for not extending these ACA subsidies and allowing people’s healthcare premiums to literally double and triple in price? How are they marketing this decision to the American people? We can’t afford it? The subsidies are to give illegals healthcare and for sex changes for children? What is their reasoning? it’s crazy because republicans are basically telling Americans “I want your healthcare premiums to double or triple in price” they have no healthcare plan…it’s been over a decade now and they have never presented anything close to a plan…Dems are saying, “hey, let’s extend these ACA subsidies so people can afford their plans” and the GOP refuses Why? if Dems were trying to sneak in 10 different other things in addition to the subsidy extensions, then maybe I could squint and see the rationale, but there isn’t any of that
