I would say that the 2nd apron kills the "what the hell?" front office gambles that Ja would represent.

The more I think about this, the more I hate it.

    1. Has he improved as a player at all? He's pretty much on the same level he's been on since his sophomore season.
    2. He is obviously immature, if not just a low character guy.
    3. He is often injured.
    4. He doesn't play defense.
    5. He is also a poor shooter, so he would further feck our already fecked spacing.

It's just a shame that I can come up with that long of a list of cons for a player who is that talented.

Can't shoot, can't defend, never healthy, bad leader, and an ahole. Who says YES? What good team has $40M of trash to throw away for someone like this? Brooklyn, Sacramento are the obvious teams that come to mind for someone like this. I think Ja is stuck because I don't think there is a good trade for him out there.

We're not on a 5 year rebuilding plan anymore so hell yeah I'll take him.. Everything about him that people hate seems to be overkill.. Yeah hes immature but dude is talented as **** and would open up so much for everyone... The attitude would be better in a winning environment and I'd guarantee he'd love the fact that his usage would considerably drop with KD, Amen and Sengun here..

He'd average good numbers just on transition, paint pts, and free throws alone..
Try beating the Rockets 4 outta 7 times in the playoffs with a lineup of....

    Morant
    Amen
    KD
    Bari
    Sengun
    with a half decent bench
    Not gonna happen!

No idea why people are so enamored with Ja. And no idea why so many want to actively destroy values by trading them away.

Durant & Thompson for Ja & Zion, 3 way trade

Rockets get younger & build a dynastic foundation for the new age Shaq & Kobe - no objections.

Daryl you have your work, get it done.

You will be lucky if you make it to the playoffs and Ja Morant isn't injured.

I'm willing to bet he plays throw injuries when you're winning...

I'm not enamored with him or any else like Reaves.. But I'd take both if we can keep the Big 3 intact and a few valuable role players ( Bari, Adams, Okogie)

I hate to be dense but getting Ja means sending out valuable stuff which means destroying value.

    High Risk High Reward.

He will get traded before the deadline and there is no way we can trade for him. Impossible to match salary with FVV being untradeable this year.

Yeah.. Just entertaining the thought like most.. But people act like Ja still ain't that dude... As we've seen with AD and Harden, these mfers play hard when everything goes their way.. But as soon as a personnel decision is made that they dont like or they get held accountable, they turn to lames to get traded.. Then they're back to normal when it happens

If Tilman is willing to purchase bullet proof vests for all TC staff, then maybe. Otherwise fk no.

I blame Tennessee. Those mountain people are very strange.
