Caserio will hopefully be unemployed when the 2026 NFL Draft occurs.

This is a wasted season and he among others should be held accountable.

So what's our number one need, right-tackle? I'm guessing we'll be picking in the 15-17 range.

Looking like WAS 2nd will be close to ours. SEA is kicking the sh*t out of them.

At least, I think, Caserio left us with a solid stable of picks next draft

No OT? We're playing two tackles on the right side of the line because we have nobody to play RT alone.

If you want to move Howard or Ersery to OG, then sure.

How about this: draft the best f'ing OLmen you can, regardless of position :)

But C is a definite priority, not just anyone can play there

To me it's a OT and then IOL, IF there is an OT good enough to draft to play RT as a rookie. I believe there are. I would move Howard inside and then draft a center or someone who can play it. We also need a competent OL coach to correct another of Caserio's failures. Ideally, my third pick would be a coverage LB because TooToo is our weak link.

As it stands, given that we don't know the draft order or how many picks Caserio will trade away, here's where we stand:

    1-13
    2-41
    2-44
    3-69
    4-109
    4-113
    5-152
    7-227
    7-237

1st 4 rounds have great potential to turn some things around with the team.

Caserio is cooked if Demeco has had real input defensively during draft time.

Team needs an absolute hog in the G/C position.

It would address their true weakness.

Right. GM should obviously be behind OC

Looking ahead, Howard is probably a good candidate to let go rather than give the bag IF you can find somebody to replace him. I think the plan should be Kaydn Proctor if he's there at the Texans pick or trading back to select Isaiah World. If the Rook beats out Ersery then Ersery is the LG until he replaces Howard at RT. If not, then the Rookie goes to RT and Tytus plays LG. Thats where Im at with the first round pick I think.

Here are some OT's for consideration. I can't believe it's November 3rd and I'm already looking at next year's draft. Thanks Nick.

Proctor scares me a bit, strikes me as a "name over production" type

I could also be completely wrong about this.

Proctor is a monster of a man that runs well. He's definitely worth a long, hard, look!
