I think we might have the Vance/Kirk courtship backwards. Sure, they could be ****ing and maybe she wants to be a VP's wife. But, I also think it may be a warm handoff of Turning Point USA to JD Vance. When Charlie Kirk died, TPUSA didn't really have a stable of other personalities to take the role as the public face of the organization. So, his wife steps in. But, she isn't going to drive traffic like her husband had. They need a big name and a compelling personality. JD Vance, honestly, probably doesn't have the necessary personality either but he is at least a big name. I think TPUSA is toast regardless, but I think the public appearances of these two are an effort to hand over the TPUSA eyeballs to Vance to help his own brand.
