Trump's approval ratings are almost double that of the Democrat party. And he enjoys majority support (tough to achieve) on his immigration policy, crime policy, and Israel/Hamas -- all key issues. As the shutdown goes on, more stress for air traffic controllers and more threats from our Secretary of Transportation. It's only 24 days until Thanksgiving. That means our three busiest travel days--Tuesday and Wednesday before Thanksgiving, Sunday after--occur in the next 27 days. If a bunch of people have their holiday ruined, the blame will not fall on Democrats as Duffy so cleverly tries to suggest. Instead, a bunch of grandmas will be radicalized.
