It's a rule change for (this year? I believe, I don't recall it last year). It does and was even mentioned on the broadcast.
Not sure you’ll get any mid-season magic with any sort of change now…. Not with this O-line just seemingly winging it from game to game with no real consistency (and a tremendous lack of talent as is). But whoever they entrust to rebuild this line needs to be somebody who’s actually done it before and knows what works/doesn’t work. The Texans way will be to ask Kubiak to weigh in as a consultant… and at this point, would be light years ahead of what they’re doing now (but still light years away from what real NFL teams do).
The 4 consecutive run plans near the end zone were some of the dumbest, incomprehensible, stupid, dumbass play calls in NFL history considering you've learned your ****ing lessons already this season that you're one of the worst teams in NFL history when running the ball for a 1st down or TD in short yard situations. Stop it.
Or trading your all-pro LT in charge of protecting the most valuable commodity…. Granted, Tunsil had his own problems but they’re literally the worst O-line in the NFL now.
I guess that's why you halfassed know what you're talking about? I keeed...my dad got a grad degree at LSU
You sure bout that? I'm not. I also said no way they'd fire Slowik, but he did at least get 2 years. The offense also looked competent under him for far more than 1.5 games.
“We lacked some…just some…being able to move the ball,” DeMeco Ryans said. I love this quote so, so, much
LSU is a sensitive topic right now, you should know this. And on the heels of this Texans loss and the the city of Gomorrah winning another title last night, you were hitting below the belt when I'm at my most vulnerable
Have you heard the Guv'nah...... Pretty ****ing dysfunctional over there from the outside looking in.
He does realize we were 28th in the league in red zone scoring last year right? Same old song and dance, different year.
Just watched the Bills score from the one on a QB sneak with a RB helping push from behind. Tush push ish. Some people may not like the tush push but it works!
There was nothing Demeco could say here other than to admit they collectively failed because his policy is to avoid singling out individual failure. On the other hand, he doles out individual praise like candy. This is what most coaches do.
