**** all they had to do was win game 6. That was terrible. Almost as bad as arguably the most stacked team in baseball losing in 2019. That 2019 team would have beaten these 2025 Dodgers.
For this whole series, there was at least 4 or 5 times that the Jays should of won. MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN, **** THE MOTHA****ING PIECE OF ****ING **** FRAUDGERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2 really bad moves by John Schneider Substitute Bo Bichette for IKF (who is not a good player or smart, has bad base running habits from the Yankees) Not easily stealing 2nd base in the Kirk at bat. Force Catcher Will Smith to throw or not throw. If Will Smith throws to 2nd, Steal Home. Huge missed opportunity. Will Smith is terrible defensively. Put pressure on Will Smith. John Schneider really messed up.
Wonder if he gets investigated for this, if this happened in a high school game it would be appalling
Back to back champions... witnessing history. That was pretty amazing. Enjoyed this series a lot. Not sure if I'll ever see a pitcher do what Yamamoto just did in this series. Won 3 games. Only guy I can think of that dominated like this was Bumgarner and it's still not like this.
There's literally no reason he shouldn't be atleast 5 steps towards home. The ball is never going to third on a ground ball. Its always going to be a force out at home. Why not take a bigger lead? Whats the 3rd base coach doing?!
Maybe send B Are you referring to the very last play? Here are the two mistakes the Blue Jays made. 1. In the bottom of the 9th the runner at 3rd base, Kiner-Falefa, should have had a larger lead as the pitch was thrown. He would have scored and won the game instead of being thrown out at home 2. In the bottom of the 11th with Kirk at bat 9 (the last play), they should have sent the runner at 1st to steal 2nd to avoid the double play. There's a good chance the Dodgers would not have contested that stolen base as there was a runner at 3rd. Those are the two mistakes that stand out to me.
Baseball really needs some sort of salary rules. The Dodgers can't keep spending $1B on the best Nippon League players while other teams deliberately don't even try. It's our one sport that is set up for promotion and relegation, but the lack of it means that the Pittsburghs and As of the world face no penalty while LA spends like Manchester City
So IKF was getting threats(noone deserves this)because of the lack of leadoff at 3rd. But apparently he was told to(guy on 1st was doing the same) because Varsho hits hard so they didn't want them getting doubled off on a line out.
You could really see the money advantage in game seven with the Dodgers throwing ace after ace on the mound. Sickening. Also made me think of not bringing in Cole in 2019… Also, disgusting to see arrogant Ohtani trot to the mound when he wanted and warm up for as long as he wanted and the Blue Jays not being able to do anything about it. One set of rules for the Dodgers and one set for everyone else. Awful way to end an awful season. One of the least enjoyable baseball seasons of the last decade.
The umps straight up cheating to help the dodgers with the ohtani stuff was INSANE, and it happened multiple times. Basically warriors level help.
