    If Toronto can keep the Dodgers to 3 runs, then this is simple a race against time. Can you get Yamomoto's pitch count up?

    I think Yamamoto is throwing 140 pitches if he has to.

    And if anyone except Sasaki comes into this game, I would be beyond shocked.

    That was my text to a friend describing a bottom of the 9th in which Springer can barely swing the bat without being in extreme agony, and then boom walk off HR!!!

    Schneider messed up hitting Varsho ahead of Kirk, Barger, and Clement. Varsho has been a rally killer, even in their wins. Multiple runners left on base with him at the plate and coming up short again.

    Think about an alternate reality where Astros lose game 6 of the '22 WS and all of our hopes depend on a Lance McCullers start in game 7. The darkest of timelines.

    Well if it is game 7, then Scherzer on a VERY short leash and I think you come in with Bassitt and you let him go if he's humming. Like 4 or 5 innings.
