They also have no issues of Trump not even sitting down to negotiate approval for a healthcare plan for even 2 hours since the shutdown began, yet flying around to other countries to work on deals instead of taking care of America First. Face it, Trump is using and abusing the situation to his own advantage, with his seizure of powers to do whatever the hell he wants to, shift funds however the hell he wants to, and fire whoever the hell he wants to. He doesn't want Congress to have any power to stop him now. He's on a revenge and power quest like no President in history, and making up his own version of what's legal or illegal along the way.

Meanwhile Trump deflects from Epstein, refuses to negotiate on healthcare, leaves the country during a government shutdown, and spews more bragging about his second cognitive test.

"Have her pass, like, the exams that I decided to take when I was at Walter Reed,” Trump said referring to Ocasio-Cortez. “I took — those are very hard — they’re really aptitude tests, I guess, in a certain way.”

“The first couple of questions are easy. A tiger, an elephant, a giraffe, you know. When you get up to about five or six, and then when you get up to 10 and 20 and 25, they couldn’t come close to answering any of those questions,” Trump added.

You heard it from Trump himself. This test is very very after you get past the pictures.

See this is what's killing me with the Democratic Leadership..... Stop trying to play the GOP game...

They should all be together as ONE and state the stay thing.. "We are ready to talk about the health care and the issues that the GOP has with it.. We are to hear what solutions they have to fix any and all issues that they found. We have reached out across the aisle and we have not had anyone reach back out to us. So call us once you have time from traveling, negotiating with other countries on beef and the construction on the white house."

    DAMN!!!! MTG Bringing the TRUTH!!!

    https://www.cnn.com/2025/10/28/politics/marjorie-taylor-greene-mike-johnson-shutdown-house

Marjorie Taylor Greene vents frustration over shutdown strategy at Speaker Johnson on private call with House Republicans

House Speaker Mike Johnson and GOP Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia went back and forth during a private call with House Republicans on Tuesday, according to one source on the call, as tensions rise during the government shutdown.

Greene, who has been publicly critical of Johnson’s decision to keep the House out of session, took her criticism directly to the speaker and said he is not in touch with what people want, the source said.

Johnson responded by saying it was not helpful to shoot inside the Republican tent, argued the shutdown was Democrats’ fault, and sai President Donald Trump’s poll numbers are rising, the source added.

A clearly frustrated Greene was “forceful” as she vented her criticism, which was directed at GOP leaders for keeping the House out of session during the shutdown, according to another source on the call. Johnson, in his response, was “calm” in his defense of the party’s decision.

The Louisiana Republican also told members the shutdown pain was about to rise to a level “10,” referring to the millions of Americans who could lose food assistance in the coming weeks, as well as disrupted air travel and missed paychecks for federal workers.

Rep. Kevin Kiley of California also voiced frustration with the House not being in session, the source on the call said.

Rep. Dan Crenshaw also complained about the House not being in session, the source said.

The criticism comes after weeks of inaction from the House, with lawmakers riding out the shutdown from their districts after passing an initial funding bill in late September. As consequences from the shutdown have rippled through more Americans’ lives, tensions have been rising in the House GOP conference, with some — like Greene and Kiley — demanding a clearer plan from leadership.

Most in the conference remain in lockstep behind Johnson, arguing that the House cannot return to Washington until Democrats agree to reopen the government. Yet the strain on the GOP is evident — even among leadership loyalists — as the shutdown drags on.

Greene later posted on X in response to a report on the private call, saying, “You left out that I said I have no respect for the House not being in session passing our bills and the President’s executive orders. And I demanded to know from Speaker Johnson what the Republican plan for healthcare is to build the off-ramp off Obamacare and the ACA tax credits to make health insurance affordable for Americans.”

Democrats are calling for Republicans to negotiate with them an extension of expiring enhanced Affordable Care Act subsidies, but Republican leaders have said the government must be reopened first before any negotiation.

She added, “Johnson said he’s got ideas and pages of policy ideas and committees of jurisdiction are working on it, but he refused to give one policy proposal to our GOP conference on our own conference call. Apparently I have to go into a SCIF to find out the Republican healthcare plan!!!”

You are right about Trump not giving a damn about the shutdown. He loves having the power right now, doing whatever the hell he wants, and shifting funds however he wants. He's hellbent on serving himself and his family interests first, his biggest donors, investors, and billionaires 2nd, his right wing foreign leaders and corrupt leaders offering him tit for tat favors 3rd, his die hard loyalists with power 4th red states leaders 5th, and the rest of the country last. He doesn't give a damn about helping anyone who isn't doing something for him, that's pretty obvious.

Democrats KNEW that these enhanced healthcare subsidies were temporary when they voted for them several years ago. Now they are trying to make them permanent, and layer on an additional $1.5 TRILLION in debt. So dishonest. That much additional debt will send inflation to the sky high levels that we had under Biden. Democrats never learn their lesson. Now people will starve and airports will become a mess. Many government workers are not getting paid. All avoidable if Democrats could simply be honest and stop playing partisan games with people's livelihoods and food sources.

Or it’s that it gets attention because it’s MTG and nobody covers what the Dems say where they say it. I’ve seen Hakeem Jeffries ad nauseam on any media outlet that’ll have him. It gets little to know attention on social media. MTG though… because it’s a dramatic betrayal storyline, it gets covered.

Yes Dems should be doing stunts to go viral but it’s not like Dems aren’t saying it where they can. Regular Dem congress members just aren’t built to be grandstanding entertainers that can go viral anytime they want. They are mostly legislators that got elected in tough districts or swing states because in those elections they needed to be noncontroversial or “serious” legislatures to win elections. But it’s a double edged sword later on when that “serious legislature” is relied upon to grandstand and do political stunts in order to break through our broken media system or virality.
