He’s been talking like this all season, but it’s hard to take it seriously when he’s played poorly for most of the year. Not your average Texans fan that jumps for 1 win vs a bench team.
Now you had to remind me, we picked the dud Ross Blacklock at pick 40 and Indy stole JT with a trade up to #41. Luckily he's on my main FFL team and I'm enjoying his history making TD run.
I think the Texans are still in the race for the last playoff spot with the Jaguars, Steelers, and Chargers.
We get it — you’re that guy who is more sophisticated than all of us dummies who are happy about our team winning. You are that emo kid in college, sitting in his dorm room alone on a sunny day mumbling to himself about “sure its nice right now, but all you sheeple are just ignoring the long-term ramifications of global warming,” convinced he is smarter than everyone else while pulling down a 2.5 GPA in political science because even your professors find your ‘realism’ exhausting and banal. I can tell from the replies that you aren’t the only one with that posture - I have him on ignore, but I am guessing that our Great pillar of insecure mediocrity is doing the same (if indeed you are different people). Hopefully one or both of you get laid sometime this year and can break out of this funk. If you or Bobby want to DM me your address, I’ll send someone over to take care of that for you - it’s an investment in the quality of the board.
Uhhh... I ain't either one of them, but if you talking about sending over female companionship... you can send some to South Florida.
Great win and CJ was cooking and the D in the first half was ELITE.............the TD to Kittle was PERFECT, I have no clue how he caught that, but you have to tip your cap to them. Broncos are a helluva team, lets see how we do next week, should be fun
A schematic change/adjustment on how to protect CJ and improve run game? Implemented to almost perfection? Am I dreaming?
Was much necessary. The more egregious thing was that there were "smart" people taking forever to master this concept. This does force the defense to drop more into coverage and then the Texans may get back to trying to protect base line coverage with base line coverage... but for now, CJ has strengths in timing routes, crossing routes, and step-up throws.... but he does need some base protection to even get to those throws with regularity.
As awful as this season has seemed, we are a nico fumble, too o too missed takle from being 5-2 I believe correct me if I'm wrong, maybe even a dare fumble from being 6-1 again correct me if I'm wrong thinking these are 3 different games
I don't give a **** if they put 7 or 8 OL out there if it means C.J. gets times to throw. Do what works, and establish what makes you successful. Gain confidence from this, and build.
