Work ethic is such an important part for a player's success no matter how talented they are.

 

After 25yrs old, you typically are who you are....there are no excuses.

The simple fact is, we put higher expectations on players improving then many of these players can actually do. We can certainly expect our young players to continue to grow but can't expect them to change their stripes. Our team is what it is right now and the only way to make it better is to fill in the holes we have. The largest hole is turnovers.

To fix that we need a PG that not only is experienced but can get the ball exactly where KD and Sengun likes it to make shots. This would free up the 3-point line and driving lanes considerably. No star needed.

Washington does not look bad actually, they might make a Play In push or at least make 13th place if they are committed.

Whitmore gets 20-22 minutes per game....once he settles in after 50 games he might see his minutes increase to 25.
