Taken in the 2nd round in the same draft as Reed..only played 36 games last year and has less experience than Reed....but has outplayed and is already better than Reed.
I'm not one to whine about officiating, but a player shooting 26 FTs, and a team shooting 51, is just crazy. Still, making 1 or 2 more wide open 3s, especially in the first half, and the Pacers would have won, essentially playing without any point guards against the league's #1 defense. Mathurin's gonna explode this year, and Jarace Walker is going to get some run, too. Houston guy, right?
The West is stacked and we’re ****ed. Nuggets, Thunder healthy, Warriors, Spurs all easily better than us. Kuminga being better than Jabari and Tari and all these other teams hitting on draft picks while we just barely got 2 solid ones in Amen and Sengun is crazy. These rookies on other teams can beat the **** out of Jabari, Tari, Reed and whoever else we drafted no longer here. Oh it was bad, NBA week was supposed to be exciting and it could’ve been if it weren't for the referees favoring OKC & Golden State again. James looks really good, man. It seems like he just got healthier each season after the hamstring in Brooklyn. Like those Philly years he wasn't himself, and then each year with the Clippers he just keeps looking better physically.
