He’s going to tear his ACL with that kind of stress on his legs.

Long term investment yes. Short term that looked scary as hell, when that big long stick man strides into the basket with new found confidence.

I want to see Adams and Clint make all ten of their personal fouls count. Sengun can stay in front of him but will get played over the top.

Do you think this is a charity thing? Not sure if you realize Hakeem is likely among the most expensive basketball trainers in the world. Whatever he’s paying forward, they’re paying him back ten fold. Nothing wrong with getting paid, just noting that this is not a “for the game” thing he’s doing.

Also @Dobbizzle the rockets can’t afford to sign him exclusively + he has multiple businesses he actively runs. I don’t think it’s feasible to bring Hakeem in house. But I do wish he said no just this one time.

I don't know where the number comes from, but in the past, I've read something like $50,000 per session. I don't know if a "session" is 1 day or 1 week or what. I don't know if that's even true. Gilbert Arenas was going off on Hakeem (a.k.a. trolling the populace for some clicks) because he was charging people the $50k for "80's and 90s moves" when Giannis said he was going to train with Hakeem in Houston. Warmed my heart when I saw people like Screamin A., Paul Pearce, Rod Strickland, etc. come to his defense.

Bingo! Hakeem is a businessman, he makes good money doing his thing. It’s not like he does it for free…

There is no proof he charges, so y’all need to stop listening to Gil and his click bait podcast

I don’t have a problem with Hakeem training Wemby, Moses did for him and he has been giving back
