Even for zero risk projects, Nix is a terrible player project. JD Davison is barely an NBA player, and is Derrick Rose compared to Nix. The bitterness is cuz it was during a time of needing any hope from anything the franchise. Then Stone hyped Nix up as *"lottery talent", and basically blemished both Nix and Stone as flops at their job. (Though at least Stone has made up for it) *Edited

I'm generally easy, not emotionally invested in the player projections thing. Hit some & miss some. Just Nix specifically, can't remember a player so zero contributing in anything. Like if you said he checked into the game, lit a cig in his mouth & just jogged back & forth, that is as much "contribution" than I perceived of him having. Just didn't make sense his overall nothingness

I wish we still had cap space. Gary’s shooting continued to improve after he left Houston and he already had that tough defensive mindset. He was a charge merchant, plus when the nose turned red the other team was in trouble.
I think Jalen held himself back after high school because he felt too complete as a player and didn’t want to make it unfair for others. Playing for Ignite rarely works out, too.
