He is shooting it very well. 12 pts as a starter should be easy. Crossing fingers he gets to start on non big lineup nights. A little turnover prone last night, but nothing that can't get cleaned up.

I love Tari's game - was on the bandwagon before he was drafted - But his ball handling is terrible, he's literally one handed. I think that's his biggest flaw.
He's a 3-4 not a 1-2 .... You can't ask him to run the offense. No comparing him to White or Dort.

He's the guy you want finishing plays, not setting them up.

Yeah, and a very streaky shooter, very streaky.

Given up on him becoming a star player early on, still very good.

0-4 .....I think you meant he is finishing it inside very well.

Reed looking good in all phases of the game tonight. Want to see him connect on more 3s, but besides that he's been solid.

I mean Reed is so obviously a baller. Outplaying Trae and holding his ground against the entire ATL starters.

Doesn’t matter the low 3pt% now. Defense is OBVIOUSLY going to respect him and defend his attempts. That’s what matters the most. If they go in more eventually, this team is unstoppable.

The funny thing is that his most taunted skill is NOT what has made him special so far.

Those who mistaken this quietly confident white boy as some lame short dude who gimmick his way into the league need to seriously shut up and watch some modern day basketball.

I’m glad Atlanta didn’t rest their starters for the most part. If not the Reed haters would be basking in the narrative, that it was against scrubs. On the contrary, Reed let a group of bench players against a fairly stacked Atlanta team, and the Rockets blew them out of the water.

The way Reed handled himself, gives a proper perspective as to why the Rockets management is so high on Reed Sheppard.

What we saw on reed sheppard tonite is only the early starting part of his peak line. If we keep letting him develop and giving him the opportunity , I can see reed becoming a very special , top tier rotational player. (All around minus his defensive gamble for stock)

Yes throw him in the deep end until he starts swimming, hopefully he will be like Yao Ming who looked like crap for his first twenty games and then the switch flipped.
