The Milwaukee Bucks are signing Alex Antetokounmpo to a two-way NBA deal, joining older brothers Giannis and Thanasis, Octagon's Alex Saratsis tells ESPN. This marks the first time in NBA history that three brothers are on active roster contracts with the same team.
This is a worthwhile, low cost Hail Mary by the Bucks to keep Giannis beyond this season. He obviously knows the Knicks won't bow the knee regarding his family and leaving the Bucks permanently ends the pathetic family charade.
Well now it's been made clear there's no real punishment for doing so I guess haha. Wait, does this mean we could hire Tari's Mom in some bullshit social media job or something and get his contract worked out that way?
No… there are 5 brothers! Not only did the four out of the five brothers — Thanasis, Giannis, Kostas and Alex — each get drafted in the league, but three out of the four brothers claimed NBA Championship titles and made history as a result. (Kostas with the Los Angeles Lakers in 2020 and Thanasis and Giannis with the Milwaukee Bucks in 2021.)
Are you joking, the oldest brother Francis never played high level professional basketball. Is the shortest, played soccer, became a musician. He has no chance to join the NBA and is already 36. I am still right that 4 play pro basketball, lol. They can't have more kids. If you research, then research details. https://blog.ke.sportpesa.com/2023/10/09/francis-antetokounmpo/
There would be no benefit to cheating the salary cap at that point so probably real quick, though one of the deals is guaranteed i assume
