He was terrible “during the last part of the season” according to him…apparently only his bad starts in July and his last start were taken into consideration.
Fun Fact: Hunter Brown gave up fewer than 4 ER in 27 of 31 starts The Astros scored fewer than 4 runs in 16 of his starts.
What's going on is people are delusional about what the Astros are going to be next year and I'm just trying to add a dose of reality but y'all not having it -- but we'll see.
Put it like this: I don't ask my lower member to do what it can't do anymore. I just accept it and go on with my life like the Astros should. When it's over it's just over.
The poster has been here a hot minute, but the posts stink of Facebook fans, to each their own, I guess. I find it quite humorous when fans of teams try to predict and convince other fans of that same team that their demise is imminent!
Another overmanaging situation. Gausman was dealing, gave up a solo HR with 2 outs and only 76 pitches on a good pitch and is taken out. Gaus could've gone 7 or 8 easily. If Seattle somehow wins the World Series
I do believe the Blue Jays just lost this series. Your well rested ace vs a starter on short rest. Yikes.
Yeah missed a good chunk of the season, wasn't good before the injury, discovered he was tipping his pitches while trying to get healthy, didn't make a bit of difference, era well above 5 after his return. And yet here we are.
