Looking at their schedule, the Colts have 7 or 8 games left they could easily lose. So as you said, if we take care of business twice against them, we could easily be right back in the run. It all depends on which offense shows up. Our 2023 offense (equivalent of), or our early season 2025 offense.
Had to triple check. Jags has one of the better O lines. Seattle sacked Lawrence 7x , over 20+ pressures and landed 17 hits on him. That's like 3 games worth of pain in one game.
As all Texans fans know, the O line always gets the blame when the QB chooses to hold on to the ball too long.
Their line has held up when he does hold the ball this season. Seattle's inside fatties are elite. But Earnest Jones by himself shuts downs the quick passes in the middle of the field that leads to holding the ball.
It’s all tied together. Hey do you know where to throw the ball? Is your offense running the right offense? Reminds me of CJ’s first pick against the Jags. He’s looking at the right spot, but the route combos were to bunched allowing the CB underneath to make a play on the ball. It’s typically never what it seems in football. QB knowing where to throw and get rid of the ball quickly is the great equalizer for bad OL play.
Love it when Cecil Shorts Jr. Jr is on It's pretty simple formula. Get Seven just minimal time and he will make plays. Receivers know where to line up now. Every week they've gradually added new things to the offense. Things that should have been in there by week 2 of the preseason with the starters playing more than 1 total quarter.
Indianapolis Colts quarterback Anthony Richardson Sr. is likely to miss multiple games after suffering an orbital fracture in a freak pregame incident on Sunday, according to multiple sources. Richardson, the primary backup to starter Daniel Jones, was hospitalized after a pole that he had affixed an elastic stretch band to snapped during his pregame routine, resulting in the pole forcefully impacting his face.. Yeah, hilarious.
Brian Callahan whacked. Streetz be saying he wouldn't wear Amy's cowboy hat and belt buckle. But who knows.
I've watched the Seahawks a few times this year and while their pass rush is decent, they haven't come close to dominating an O-line like they did against the Jags. I read somewhere the Jags' line was missing 2-3 starters yesterday. The Seahawks weakness is their pass defense gets blistered at the worst times when you least expect it with blown coverages. They really should be undefeated. As long as the Texans don't get too far behind Monday night, they will have the chance to come back. Seahawks have demonstrated no killer instinct.
This game is the game that our defense and prove that they are elite as the stats indicate. Our offense will struggle, but our defense needs to shut down Seattle
Bengals fans say he didn’t have play calling duties during his tenure there. He was Zac Taylor’s Matt Burke except Taylor never gave up play calling duties like Demeco.
At least the Bills lost. Wasn't really counting on that one. 2nd round pick from the redskins improved a bit. Atlanta twitterworld: "so this is what's it's like to have a pass rush"
Man, I did not see the Bills and Commanders losing last night, just shows to go ya, you never know what can happen in the NFL. The game next Monday is a great test for this team, there not the Lions and there not the Titans, there a dam good team and its Prime Time in a hostile environment and we have 2 weeks to prepare for them. IMO we everything we need to win, the D will come up big and I think this offense finally shows what its been developing the past few months
I might be primetime in a different time zone, but it's BEDTIME for those of us who live on the east coast and have to get up at 4:30 every morning. But I get what you said. This is a good test to see what we really are.
When I travel to the East Coast, its always weird that the news come on at 11pm....................dam, it wont start until 10pm your time, holy moly!!
