OMG you are going to take me on a side tangent here but man.... I don't know what to think about "replacing" Peart. I mean she looks like an incredible drummer, but it's like Jordan but with drummers. There will never be another Neil Peart.
When I think about this question to and what the responses will be, you have to understand that even the "good news" about things that have happened are in the context of a complete disaster. Case in point: Trump negotiating with Pfizer on certain drugs under Medicare and Medicaid. This is an example of what I'm talking about. There is one data point of something good that might happen (those on Medicare MIGHT not see TOO MUCH of a price increase in prescription drugs)... but it's happening within the context of MILLIONS of Americans losing their health care coverage altogether, and millions on the exchanges about to see their premiums DOUBLE. Another case in point: Trump getting hostages back from what is left of Hamas This again is in the context of A FCKING GENOCIDE!! .... So while we contemplate this answer I just want people to not lose sight of the bigger picture. Again... I'm happy to hear you guys out, but from all data points I can see, America, and the world at large is .... yeah... not doing all that freaking great since Trump came into office, and promised to fix everything ON DAY ONE.

ICE in Chicago literally parked in the middle of a busy road and let cars with white people pass and forced all Hispanics to pull on side of road and put them in back of a white van and drove off white van while another one was coming in to replace the full van.
