State officials + LE, mass protests, federal courts below SCOTUS -- push to 2026 and vote R out, not because dems are great but just to kneecap this fascist experiment at the knees. I'm not sure that's true, can't state LE arrest ICE for state crimes? I mean states levied charges on Trump even for state crimes.

 

A police department can attempt to arrest anyone and let the courts figure it out. The CPD and ISP haven’t overly interfered with ICE because they believe the current administration will use that as a basis to escalate the situation.
