Your post is a common one, the gist of which I've likely posted myself - that the Republican leadership, as well as the rank and file of the GOP, are too afraid to say how they really feel about trump's actions less than a year into his second term. However, what trump is doing now is so beyond the pale, his pissing on the Constitution so outrageous, his actions so damaging to our political system that providing the Republican Party, and its members, any sort of excuse for them as they remain quiet is completely undeserved. They are complicit.
