That would make Ryans the final decision maker and defacto GM.

    Source?

Demeco runs the defense. Why is this some wacky idea that needs extra sauces to confirm?

"Defacto GM" is a fun thing to throw out.

The traditional power structure is that the GM has final say over all personnel decisions.

The buck has to stop somewhere.

In no way, chance, situation or whatever is Ryans in charge of the offensive personnel.

That would be Caserio and whichever one of the McNairs who actually runs the team

Caserio works with the coaches and scouts to get the coaches the players they want. Caserio's main job after that is making everything work under the cap.

Texans are undefeated with 5 INTs since this dude asked to leave. Pitre with 3 INTs since being called “overpaid trash”

    Addition by subtraction…

Synergy is a real life effect. Sometimes the sum of the parts is greater than the actual value of the parts individually.

A fella like Gardner might be ultra talented l, but if he wrecks the mojo of the defense and is a class “A” jerk, he had to go. It’s. Shame he could not check his pride at the door and be a better teammate.

A little birdie told me he didn’t like his role, asked for a trade, and called Pitre overpaid trash… Texans decided he wasn’t worth all the drama while also playing poorly.

He's a shithead. I think that's pretty obvious. I do think if he could have put it together he could have helped

Agreed, Bullock hasn’t looked like his normal ballhawk self, could use him helping out.

I don't understand what's wrong with him. He might be playing through an injury is my best guess

Only the texans could trade maybe the worst player in the league and still get slaughtered in the deal.
