SCOTUS blocked a lower court ruling that would have prevented ICE from making targeting people for stops on the factor of race. Of course, SCOTUS didn't provide any clarity as to why they chose to do that.
I never said ICE had language in their charter. Lovely strawman. They very clearly are racially profiling such that a court enjoined the use of race as a factor in profiling and SCOTUS struck down the injunction. This reminds me of the scene in A Few Good Men where Kevin Bacon asks the witness to point to the section in the operations manual for Guantanamo about code reds...and he says there isn't one.
