So that's where Clutch went. I was checking my playback app to see what happened. Why does he like abandoning us so much?

 

I can't speak for him, but if you are building a brand/business - Playback is small potatoes to YouTube - so you can make money on YT, not on PB....that being said - hopefully he keeps it going maybe with others hosting, or himself - whatever he wants, that community is fun.

Last night he had Manny host it and I joined him on stage with Snail and William - twas fun......until Mitty decided we needed to trade FVV and talked only about that for 30 mins....lol....

Reed played good overall. He handled the ball very well, even as he had Daniels, DPOY candidate, often guarding him. The way he probed the defence was very good, and he showed glimpses of his underrated passing skills. He actually shot 50% from three, with the third miss only due to a last-second heave that was blocked. He was OK on defense and switched well, although the whole team's defense needs to tighten up a bit. But with Ime at the helm, and it is only the first preseason game, this is not a concern at all. Alpi and Bari showed tremendous improvement from last year, although this should not really be surprising since the two of them showed grit and great basketball during their first playoff series. Amen was a bit shaky with his role as PG and needs more repetition. I think, though, that he should play his usual position, where he would be much more effective, similar to last year. He has shown great improvement in his shot, and it bodes well for him and the team. JD is a revelation and, hopefully, his play is not a one-off. I think Ime should give Reed more time to adjust, considering his improved ball-handling and passing skills, in addition to his still good-looking shot. The weak spot in his game is still his defense and his tendency to pick up his dribble early. He should remember that if he is playing PG, he needs to keep his dribble to quickly survey the defense and get his teammates set at their proper and favorite spots before he decides to pass or shoot. Essentially, he needs to organize the offense first, unless there is the opportunity for quick-hitting plays. I hope Ime stops teasing us with KD by having him play next game.

Nope. I saw enough last night to not go down that rabbit hole again. I don't think Westbrook would raise the ceiling enough to make us a true contender by replacing Amen or Sheppard at the point. I would hope if they don't think Sheppard or Amen would be ready by the playoffs they pivot mid-season to a longer term solution - spend some assets.
