Judge 36 RBIs in 63 post season games.

    Yikes.

I know we made out well in the Tucker trade but I would’ve loved to have gotten Suzuki. That guy just mashes.

I mean he sucks in the postseason for sure but that’s not a terrible 162 game pace lol

Before post season Ken Rosenthal tried to create narrative that Murphy actually is not that good manager compared to Boone because Murphy is lucky to have young players who have to listen and follow instructions. Brewers would have not like to have Alonso class star power hitter on their team to wack tight game into their favour last year? They rather have journey men and kids?
What a piece of access journalism bs.

When Brewers had a bad start, Murphy was clearly frustrated that team made no signings to support last season success and also trading Williams. "Well these are the players we have...." was the quote after some loss. He benched for bad basics and continued bad AB's, their pitching dep.did what they always do and they did turn the ship around. We keep talking how every player gets better at Brewers and how they "find" SP and BP arms. But it's also how you use them in games.

And Boone keeps being unfortuned to have over 300m team and best hitter in the sport :).

Just have to hope Cashman and Boone keep their jobs so this will keep Yanks away from another ring.

The Blue Jays are a decent example of how I ‘wish’ Crane allocated his money.

Mix of retained homegrown players, FA acquisitions, minimal farm system callups (but enough of a system to trade for needs)…. Also helps that in just one offseason their previous “albatross’ contract in Springer became one of the best values in the game.

Whenever Crane gets closer to selling the team, he may just go find his version of a Shapiro vs. Dombrowski (career GM’s that aren’t necessarily trying to execute a 10-15 year plan… just looking to field the best capable MLB team).

3 blowouts will get Aaron Boone fired. Cheers to Buck Martinez for saying the Yankees are bad. Aaron Judge no more smirking anymore. @#$# the Yankees.

VP is looking good for the Blue Jays, can we get him back?!?!?!?

Choke job by the Blue Jays bullpen. Back to being a game. I was about to turn it off.

    That dropped ball looms big.

I’m interested in seeing more Misiorowski and Yesavage. And even a little more Roki. But it’s most likely I pull for the Brewers.
