Between the Texans and Horns, I'd like to at some point this season see a QB that doesn't hold the ball 1 second+ too long ...and now he can't even hand the ball off
Stroud never knows when to throw the ball away and always takes a sack. Manning can't throw an accurate ball at all.
On the blown TD, from the view behind the offense, you could see the WR was going to be open before he was...Arch waited until he had separation and by then he was getting hit as he threw eta: just watched it again, the DB was totally on his heels and primed to get blown past
Wisner was also way open on his TD before Arch threw the ball. Arch is too slow to process and anticipate his receivers getting open.
Running a QB draw on 3rd and 10 when you're almost in FG range is not a ringing endorsement of your QB Even the punt team has been complete dogs!!t today
UT put all they eggs in the Arch basket just in time for their mediocre run in the SEC... Gonna be some dark days ahead
As the head coach, you can default to say it falls on him to prepare his team. But you can see the players are not executing well. Arch can't throw to an open receiver. Punt blockers letting a man go unblocked. Defense can't tackle properly. Plenty of plays that should've had minimal gain after contact that Florida is turning more positive.
