Not if it's a one-way street. Or a roundabout that we have many of around here in my neck of the woods.

Honestly, what you are suggesting makes zero sense financially or even logically. I'm laughing at the thought of a stronger currency being good for exports, amigo! Argentina's soy bean exports were impacted by a suspension of a grain export tax -- a totally separate policy. You are lost and have numerous learning curves you'd need to climb to be able to debate this topic. It's shocking to me that you were confident enough to even attempt a response -- no self awareness of your lack of knowledge!

An important part of winning is avoiding battles in which you are woefully under-prepared and under-resourced.

Argentina farmers are selling soybeans to China right now while American farmers arent while were bailing Argentina out to the tune of 20 billion. You cultists cant fool anyone with your low iq propaganda. Nothing about MAGA is Merica first.

Anyone who thinks Trump doesn't want a government shutdown is a damn fool. They are looking for any reason they can to shut the government down because Trump knows it could allow him more levers to pull to consolidate power.

If the GOP senate wanted the government open, they would do it. They've already changed the rules since Trump came back into office to change the voting thresholds in order to get their hacks put into their roles. There's no way on earth where having a government shutdown is LESS important than filling a vacancy for some political position which is filled temporarily anyways.

you can't possibly be this willfully ignorant.

the Argentina peso was rapidly declining so much so that it could not conduct an internatonal trade.
the line of credit by the US to prop up the peso enabled Argentina to make that soy bean sales to China

Republicans offered a clean bill to fund government. Democrats in the Senate voted no and chose to try to use leverage to win on unrelated issues. Pretty clear who caused the shutdown.

Democrats shut down government to ADD over $1 trillion to government spending and also to keep enhanced COVID-era subsidies for Obamacare. These enhanced COVID-era subsidies were due to expire at the end of 2025. Sorry, do Democrats think we are still in a time of COVID emergency? They are willing to shut government down over these enhanced subsidies? Absurd. They own this shutdown -- that's clear.

Those ACA subsidies were passed in 2021 after covid. 35 million people rely upon those subsidies which will cause premiums to double if they arent renewed.

We got 20 billion to bailout Argentina but we dont have money to bailout Americans suffering from high Healthcare. This is the modern day MAGA cult

shutdowns are not as politically effective for Dems when there is a GOP president because Dems can't do theater tricks like fencing off the Washington Monument, etc.

You keep saying this, but it's just not true.

The only government that is screwing the American ag sector is located in the White House. Not Argentina, Brazil, Australia, wherever.

Do you know what Americans actually give a **** about? Cost of their groceries being increased by 10% this year or their health insurance premiums doubling. Or their utility bills going up 30 to 40%.

That $250 tax break isn’t making up for it.

Your trade war already crushed our farmers. How many more people can you hurt with your reckless policies?

There was no government shutdown under biden. The only time fences went up in DC was right after January 6. No other time did the fences go up during the Biden era.

Why do you cultists do nothing other than lie about stuff that can be googled?

What 250 tax break are you talking about?
