No one wants coulda. would, shoulda - especially when you're 1-3 and the season, in terms of playoffs, is hanging in the balance. But, yeah... when Demeco said they were "close," he wasn't wrong. I would guess the Texans *knew* the offensive transition would not be instantaneous and so, they likely looked at the schedule and thought... Maybe we can steal one of our first two, beat Jags and Titans... go into the bye 3-2, at which point, they can review, tweak, really start to accelerate as Stroud and the line would have five games under their belt. If they can win Sunday... this season starts to look *a lot* different, and yeah - at that point, the Rams and Bucs games do indeed get categorized as frustrating woulda/coulda/shouldas.
For realz, we're talking International / Global sports in class this week and I am def showing this to the students
It just gives me a bit of hope that it wasn't being outclassed. More so, just a QB not playing as well as he is capable, not being on the same page, missing a tackle.. Team is probably not a bottom feeder team like we all felt after going 0-3. They have the defense to win out. Just need the offense to pick it up. I think they are capable if they can get Kirk/Higgins up to speed and give Marks more touches.
Saw this commercial like 20 times during the early Sunday game in Dublin last Sunday. I was like cool at first. Quickly descended to GTFO with this commercial.
lol is that what they’re calling busts now ‘Developmental Player’? You can’t fix the Humpty Dumpty of the NFL.
