At this moment there is no boss in the clubhouse or dugout. I would take almost Joe level dumdum if the new guy would take charge and make it clear to players who makes the decision. Bases loaded less than 2 outs I want every guy atleast pretending they are looking for signs from dugout/coach on the field. This we do what we want and Joe can go fk himself daycare stuff annoys me so much.
