Nobody has seen the charges because there are no charges, there is only Trump trying to find a USA that will make some up.

This is a textbook characteristic of a fascist regime - the enemies are first, the crimes are made up after the fact, the leader is the law.

Just an addon to my previous post....

Pirro faces grand jury problem as DC residents refuse to indict anti-Trump suspects
Reports are that Comey would be tried in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
The surrounding cities/area that they pull juries from are primarily strong to moderate democratic havens. Again this case has no chance of surviving a 12 person jury trial if it where to ever get to that point.

Democrats are panicking now they they realize that the rules of the game that they made apply to them too!

Complaining about the charges before even knowing the charges is RICH. VERY RICH. Liberal hypocrisy cannot get any higher than this.

And calling Republicans fascists is exactly the type of rhetoric that incited violence. Because low-impulse-control, highly emotional liberals believe they can attack people labeled fascists. This type of language is why liberals are committing so much deadly violence.

Will Comey be put in solitary confinement, like Paul Manafort (tax charge)? Will he be put in ankle chains, like Peter Navarro (contempt of court). Perhaps indicted on 90 charges, like President Trump? What goes around comes around, amigo. Lo que siembras, se cosecha.

I suspect that Pirro and the other Trump prosecutors at least have enough intelligence to understand that there is likely no probable cause to even secure a grand jury indictment so they are leaking this stuff out to the press as a way to show Trump that they tried so he at least knows they are on his side.

It's obvious that Trump is ordering them to do this. Hell Trump even put out the order in public on Truth Social which in any other admin would be an impeachable act.

Pirro on others are wacko's but they aren't complete legal morons. They have to know there's no way in hell they will secure a conviction, that the lawyers defending people like Comey or Letisha James will be top notch and will make a trial hell for these prosecutors and drag them down in a case where they put these prosecutors and the Trump DOJ on trial. There's no way in hell they really want these trials to go forward because it will be bad.

The Trump prosecutors won't just lose these cases against Comey and James. They have to know these will be the most embarrassing and painful weeks of their lives. THEY will be put on trial far more than Comey or James will be.

So again I suspect they are really really hoping the grand jury declines to indict, and going public that they are trying is really just so Trump isn't mad at them for trying hard enough. Although I suspect Trump will still not be happy, and the next thing he's going to want to do is to have his people dox, and intimidate the grand jury, and then really go hard at the judge and potentially the jury even in a trial if they are to even get that far.

The grand jury has rejected indictments in several ICE-related and protest cases this year. The DOJ even tried multiple times and eventually settled for a misdemeanor in the case of the guy who threw a sandwich at an ICE officer. With the political pressure coming from the top, prosecutorial discretion is practically dead, and weak cases are being pushed forward, only to get rejected. So, before we even talk about reasonable doubt, let’s first see if this even gets past the low bar of a grand jury indictment.

I was thinking the same thing. He has hundreds of ways to shift and conceal all the bribes for favors going on at home and abroad, with his hundreds of LLCs, foreign accounts, hidden under lots of other shell companies, as well as mix of government and private functions and clubs for the wealthy. Some of his first steps in office were to remove a lot of the barriers to hiding his money so easily, as well as taking bribes and cutting "certain" investigative agencies and making money laundering and crypto funneling easier. The whole family is going crazy with new conflicts of interest.

So, the first maga lawyer sees no case and is fired/quit and they bring in some smokin hot lawyer who has no experience in these types of cases but will look great on fox and when this fails, they will blame in on the deranged liberal judges in DC

If the first maga lawyer wouldn't put his reputation on the line won't do it............you might want to really look at the case as a nothing burger

I find all of this hilarious -- what a role reversal from a couple of years ago.... and by the way, look at the bottom-of-the-barrel prosecutors that the Democrats were forced to use in their flimsy cases against Trump. Fani Willis, Letitia James, Alvin Bragg -- anyone see any similarities amongst them?

He is a traitor and needs to be tried as such.

He literally does high crimes and treason on a daily basis.

People - in this case his son in law - resigning from EDVA rather than be part of the clown show and violate the constitution.

    as i understand it.

this is the chronology, in a congressional testimony, both FBI Director Comey and his deputy McCabe offered different recollecttions as to
rather or not the FBI had approved a leak to the media.
    • comey testified that there was no leads authorized
    • McCabe testified that there was a leak.
this led to a lengthy investigation by the Inspector General, which concluded that there was no wrongdoing.
    effectively,
    Comey never approved the leak.
McCabe leaked the info and told Comey afterwards

I would have loved to be a fly on the wall during that presentation to the grand jury. I’m shocked they agreed there was probable cause to indict. What did the prosecutors say that either bullied them into it or manipulated them into signing off??
