Nay. The farmers that are going out of business are those that export. Think soybeans to China. No impact on American food security. But if there is an impact, that’s on the administration for self-sabotaging our food supply, and they can reverse course to correct it.

I assume that's their business and livelihood, so they continue to grow soybeans. The question is, did they not know it would happen again, but worse than v1?
