even with yordan in the lineup, the offense was mediocre

Sanchez head is not in the game....what does he bring right now ?

 

Get Sanchez off this team. I never want to see him in an Astros uniform again.

 

Right when you think Brown is gonna easily give you 7 innings, there goes the pitch count.

Worst offense Astros or Texans?

 

This A's team just wears you down. It's no wonder why they have 100 wins already and World Series bound.

 

Only 3 last night....just pitiful..come on Astros you are better than this

 

I don't know what is more amazing:
- he had a 5-hit game as an Astro (8/21) or
- he brought back two balls that would have been homers in the same game (8/17)

 

They’re a few pieces away…. Pretty stacked lineup. More experience and a little $ will go a long way towards them getting there.

 

That run is on Sanchez...sit his ass down.

I'm one of the more optimistic and patient fans you will ever see, but this team 100% looks like it's pining for the fjords right now.

They are going to lose to a sub .500 team with Hunter Brown on the mound.

This group doesn’t believe they will win in the playoffs.

Sanchez can go to the same place Garcia is headed.

Espada really seems like a nice man, maybe he can be a bench coach for another team.

Brown - fix your mistakes, chiefly getting a big league staff that is good, because right now the Sugar Land staff is better.

Crane - spend the money for another starter.

 

Even a blind hog finds an acorn every now and then...he can't find a routine ground ball in the outfield tonight.
