I feel like some of his decisions were based on an innate sense of the general speed of college defenses, and he wasn't able to make it to the hole or bounce outside as effectively as he thought he could (or did in college). But overall I liked his decision making and decisiveness. I think with more seasoning he could supplant Pierce and Chubb as the main backup.

I was pleasantly surprised. I think he's got some real potential.

Could be another Bullock type pick, value wise, imo. As could Jaylin Smith.

He looks like he should've been drafted way higher than fourth round ...steal !

Probably would have if he didn't turn 30 by Christmas.

    (25 but for dramatic effect)

If Marks just produces in a Duke Johnson way, that would be solid. People will chuckle at the comparison. But Duke had 800 total yards of offense his 1st year with the Texans. Over 400 running & 400 receiving, on almost 5 yards/carry as the #2 RB.

That felt ho-hum then. But Duke had the most running back receiving yards for Texans in a single season, of the last 15 years. Anything like that from Marks is more than an ideal outcome

Similar to Bucky Irving. Hopefully he can have that type of impact

At the very least, as I've mentioned, in the backfield for every 3D that isn't a 3rd&short. And maybe even then.

They need to get him more involved in the passing game. Give him more chances. Let him be the lead back

Find a QB smart enough to get him the ball.

Dude, I know you hate CJ, and im also disappointed in him so far. But he has nothing to do with Woody having more plays... it's getting tiresome as hell.

I don't hate him, I was one of his biggest supporters... he's just bad at football right now.

When CJ decided to throw that last pick in the Jags game, it was him ignoring a wide open Woody Marks.... the guy the play was specifically designed to have open given the defense they were facing.

That's a perfect example of CJ having something to do with giving Marks fewer plays.

I know Stroud has a lot of blind followers for whatever reason, but fair criticism is fair criticism. Things don't get better when you merely pretend they aren't bad.
