[AP] Conservative activist Charlie Kirk dies after being shot at Utah college event

I cannot express most of what I want to say because I’m not one to type very well. I appreciate everyone that posts on this forum, as you can see I’ve been here since the conception and only joined after lurking for a couple of years. I read daily on here but rarely post. Talking with my daughter about this and this is what she gave me to post “

My respect for all of you is genuine and I feel as though I know some of you. We all have lived different lives with many experiences to share with each other.

I and others have already posted other videos invalidating your accusations. Pay attention. You are being proven wrong time and time again on this forum and the more you post (which is a lot) you are exposing personal issues & flaws that you have developed.

So, because Charlie Kirk is being used by MAGA for political gain makes him a racist bigot, not his words, deeds and actions. Got it.

I voted for the Black guy twice and a woman once. There are many non-MAGA people who like and agree with many of his views. You may not agree with his stance on important debate issues. That is fine

Personally, I think you have watched enough of his videos now, that you agree with him on a lot of things, realize he makes sensible arguments and are subconsciously over-compensating for it by telling yourself he is a bigot in order to suppress these thoughts and feelings you are having by agreeing with someone you consider MAGA, Conservative, Republican or religious- all things which you hate.

 

I didn't follow this, but I did read about his family who wasn't there which is very odd. I also find it odd that Christians fall in line with a convicted sex offender who does NOT follow any Christian Values

I’ve seen him say genuinely decent things and also pretty terrible things. I think it’s better to separate the man from the ugly business of being a pro-Trump podcaster/influencer where he needs to have snappy terrible takes in order to stay relevant.

You are smart enough to realize the context in which he is speaking. He is speaking about the DEI debate and is referring to specific comments made by Michelle Obama, Sheila Jackson-Lee and Ketanji Brown-Jackson about personally benefitting from DEI; or, in Ketanji Brown-Jackson's case, comments by Biden.

Good grief. He did not say Black people do not have the I.Q. or brain power to get into high positions.

You know damn well that he would say Candace Owens has more brain power than Hillary Clinton and Nancy Pelosi combined. I'm pretty certain he would say ANY Conservative Black woman has more brain power than liberal White women.

He makes it extremely clear in his debates that the thinks Blacks , Whites and everyone else are equal and equally capable. He also consistently argues against people who think otherwise- actual racists, homophobes and bigots.

Was it an indecent comment? Yes. Obviously, they are smart, high-achieving women. However, in the context of the debate and in reference to statements they made themselves, it is not a racist comment.

Yes folks like Candace who hes friends with he does say good things about but hes said on average Black folks have lower iq than those of white folks. He says theres exceptions but on average the median Black person is much lower iq.

 

You know what's funny, if Kirk was a great communicator, you wouldn't need 3rd party videos to try and add context to uncut videos of Kirk talking.

 

I don’t know anything about him, but this helps explain why there are such polar views on him. It depends on what each consumes, and plenty of people are in echo chambers, which are not necessarily intentional.

In the U.S., Whites score lower on I.Q. tests than Asians. There are many exceptions, but on average the median White person is lower I.Q.

Is it racist to publish those test results?
