There’s a healthy medium. The best teams/schemes/coaches/QB’s find it.

Meanwhile Indiana Jones is killing it… both in terms of nicknames and shedding all those tendencies that casual fans are saying it’s “impossible” to recover from. Oh, and he happens to have a proven OC as his coach who recognized that the other young hyped QB will never have “it”… and happens to have a solid/established O-line and elite running game as well.

Well, this weekend sucked, Astros get roasted, the Texans melt down, this is why we can't have nice things. There is plenty of blame to go around but I think CJ is getting a tad too much, they hired a (in hindsight) an OC who is no better than the last one, the did not upgrade the OL and this offensive scheme is A$$. CJ has regressed for sure, but the kid has been running for his life for 3 seasons, his demeanor and body language are bad and he`s made some horrible plays. I am tired of Demeco saying "were close", I am not sure what I want him to say besides, "we suck right now, and I am going to fix it"

We are 0-3 and possibly 1-4 after the Ravens kill us. Sure you can fire the OC, but then what, have JJ call the plays? How do we justify paying CJ $60 million not knowing of he can do this.......................if I am giving anyone a slight pass its CJ, the front office has failed him and at the same time failed us

This sucks......................once again I drank the Kool Aid and as always, I have been duped

Which is what the QB should have known, the second he saw what the defense was doing, he should have gone to the RB he should have known would be wide open based on scheme alone.

If we continue losing, we will not have to worry about any pay day for Stroud. He will be traded away, and we will have a new shiny QB next draft along with and additional 1st to grab an o lineman with. Nick is playing chess and y'all are playing checkers.

Time to pick up the phone and call Cleveland

    I'm kidding

I saw the "I'm kidding" right as I was about to respond, "Nick will have to use his own phone, because if all that happens, Nick will have already given back his Texans issued phone."

My older son has commented on this constantly through these first 3 games...they're taking way too much time to get plays in.

Who's fault is behind that? CJ or Caley?

It's almost week 4 and not a whisper about Mixon and his mystery injury.
We should demand proof of life.

He also has that glazed, far away look in his eyes from last season. His body language says all you need to know.

When you start the year expecting some form of improvement and all you get is losses, the little mistakes turn into disasters. Nobody on the field knew the clock situation? WTH

I honestly see them 3-14 if they keep as is the last 3 weeks. If Caley and CJ improves (or Caley fired), then I can see them 9-8 and losing the division to the Colts.
