“Hey Van, I mean it, I’d love to have you on my show to have a respectful conversation about crime and race,” Kirk wrote in his message, which Jones shared on his Instagram.

Jones, who said he and Kirk were “beefing hard” in the last week of the Turning Point USA founder’s life, was clearly moved by the message.

“I would be a gentleman as I know you would be as well,” the slain 31-year-old conservative activist had added. “We can disagree about the issues agreeably.”

You can have a low paying job and be surrounded by a loving core group of family and friends and be perfectly happy.

You can be a high wage earner. Snappin necks and cashing checks and be a miserable SOB.

I try to stay as non political as I can within the space provided to us here.
But it's always been strange to me why people go to the lowest common denominator of insults when the person they are attempt to have listen to them does not all the sudden become a liberal or a conservative because of what they have posted.

This board is a microcosm of America and why each side would rather hate the other instead of having an open discussion.
There are MANY on this board that I do not agree with, but it does not mean their mother is a whorre, or they are a dolt.
There is no reason to demonize the other side whichever side you support because they are not like minded.
If we were all likeminded there would be no innovation or advancement on social issues.
I just find it funny that some on here think they are winning by calling others names. Thats a bit juvenile to me.

I'm not the D&D police so all can do as they see fit, I just tune out when it gets too personal.
