    Injuries happen....but I don't think it's being an idiot nor an overstatement to say that strength and conditioning HAS to be a FACTOR.

    it was tongue in cheek....he's only missed almost an entire season in 2020 (COVID,patellar tendon.knee surgery) and 100 something this year. But the good news is that Espada tells us it won't take him long to get back after stepping on home and having a sprained ankle
