Hiring a first time play caller and promoting the offline line coach from within was stupid. 0-3 pretty much seals this season as a wash. At least we have the Rockets this year
Uh yeah, as hard as it was to stomach. I was talking about the two interceptions in the 4th quarter within scoring distance.
He was dogshit all game, if he throws an accurate pass on the play before he gave the game away, it's a TD. Face it, he's a bottom 10 QB in the NFL
Let's talk GM candidates. OL coaches. HC candidates? Hard to see Limp Dick Nick being here next year after this atrocity of an offense.
The LT didn’t even get a push on him…. Just got beat all around. Sure, they could have dinked/dunked for another first down, but they needed a TD there to just tie it. I’m sure the answer will be another LT installed this week at practice.
Funnily enough they could easily be 3-0 if 3 plays had gone differently.... But they don't deserve to be. The urgency the offense plays with when they NEED to score is the urgency they need to play with the ENTIRE game. Yeah, he might throw more INTs but having him play game manager for the whole game isn't working. They play so scared on offense with no confidence. It was obviously a mistake to hire another new first time OC too. It's a crime that we don't use Woody Marks more in the passing game, literally anyone that watches a texan game can see the talent except the boring plain OC whose plays a regular fan can call out. Just predictable boring offense...until suddenly they need a TD to tie or win the game then they are going 4 out and taking risks.
Josh Allen was the only player that consistently gave Tunsil fits. Asking for a rookie to take on that challenge with minimal help was asking for the world.
This is hard to support man, it’s hard to watch. The only thing is I can say is that there’s really another way they can go and that is up…eventually tho
Kevin Stefanaki for OC. Daibol is part of the Patriot tree so no. Mike McDaniel perhaps. He did rehabilitate Tua but his Oline has problems like our own.
